How we use your details

Short version: we only use what you send us to talk to you about Tilly and the pilot. We don't sell it, share it or use it for ads.

Who we are

Tilly is a prototype in development, made in Zagreb by ESDC d.o.o., Chromos toranj, Vukovarska 271, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. For anything about your data, email info@esdc.hr.

What we collect

When you join the pilot list: your name, email address, who you are (family, pilot home, carer or provider), and, if you add them, your city and a message. Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Why, and on what basis

To contact you about the pilot and about Tilly. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are received by our form provider, Formspree, Inc. (United States), and forwarded to our email. Formspree acts as our processor under its data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

How long

Until the pilot ends or you ask us to remove you, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, get a copy to take elsewhere, withdraw your consent, or stop hearing from us, by emailing the address above. Please don't send health details through the form. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP.
